As a neurodivergent Black woman, mental health was rarely discussed during my upbringing.
The lack of understanding of mental health led to chronic stress and burnout, which eventually manifested in physical health issues such as gut problems.
However, through these personal struggles, I began a journey of healing.
I learned the vital importance of setting boundaries, seeking balance, and embracing rest to recover from burnout and regain my well-being.
This experience inspired me to train as a Therapist and Coach, so I could help others facing similar challenges with chronic stress and burnout.
With 5 years of experience working in mental health services across charities, the NHS, and education—where I also held senior roles and supervised other practitioners—I offer a unique blend of expertise and personal insight into the realities of burnout and chronic stress.
I understand firsthand how essential it is to create balance in a world of overstimulation. It’s not just important—it’s transformative.
I would love to connect and hear from you!
I offer a flexible, person-centred approach that is tailored to meet your unique needs. My work is intuitive and collaborative, ensuring each session is aligned with your preferences and goals.
In our time together, I’ll provide a warm, empathetic and non-judgment space where you can feel truly seen and heard. Together, we’ll explore your past, present, and future, with the aim of deepening your understanding of yourself.
By combining a variety of therapeutic modalities—such as CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Techniques, and Coaching—I’m able to create a personalised approach that suits your individual way of working.
Ultimately, my goal is to offer you the compassionate and integrative support you need to thrive.
